Capstone Mortgage Services exists to serve churches, Christian schools, charities, and camps with mortgage financing rooted in Biblical stewardship. We bring licensed expertise and regulatory excellence to an area where traditional lenders often fall short.
Our story began generations ago, when church networks pooled resources to fund ministry projects within their communities. As regulatory exemptions disappeared and complexity increased, that model became unsustainable. In response, Capstone Asset Management partnered with Christian Stewardship Services and the Christian Reformed Church Extension Fund to launch the Capstone Stewardship Extension Fund. This values-aligned, compliant solution carries forward the spirit of faith-based lending. Today, Capstone Mortgage Services continues that legacy by connecting purpose-driven organizations with mission-aligned capital.
We ask the right questions, provide relevant guidance, and walk with our clients from first inquiry to final funding. Our goal is to equip ministries for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
