Glenn is a founding voice behind Capstone Mortgage Services and the concept of missional mortgage brokering in Canada. Furthermore, as the President and CEO of Capstone Asset Management, he oversees the Capstone Stewardship Extension Fund and serves as the primary contact for mission-minded lenders and investor partners. With nearly 30 years in financial services, Glenn brings strategic oversight, regulatory insight, and a deep commitment to faith-aligned investing.

Rob leads the mortgage services and compliance operations at CMS. With nearly a decade in faith-based mortgage work and over 20 years in operations and ministry leadership, he brings strategic, financial, and pastoral insight to every project. Rob serves as the key contact for organizations seeking financing, to ensure financing solutions align with each client’s situation.
